Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager will build positive working relationships with customers.
  • Promote sales and educate current and new customers about products and services offered by Sprig.
  • Perform product training and product consultations for customers and potential customers.
  • Provide direct sales for our educational programs and external events.
  • Monitor and ensure the sale of registrations for all educational programs, ensuring that the programs achieve target registration numbers.
  • Record daily activity in a CRM and other reporting tools.
  • Travel to external events and trade show conferences to capture direct sales and ensure follow up on all direct leads.
  • Overall the focus is on bringing in new customers and establishing loyaltly from others.
  • Travel is required. Approximately 30 percent of travel time can be expected.

Hours of Work
Typical hours are between 6 am and 5 pm PST. You may need to adjust your hours occasionally to accommodate customers in different time zones. Occasional evening and weekend work is required as job duties demand.

Pay Range
Base pay 65k to 70k annually plus commission.


Required Skills and Abilities

  • To be successful in this position you have the following qualifications.
  • Professional and ethical character.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends and be able to present information to customers or shareholders.
  • Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold. We will provide product training.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related products.
  • Proficient with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of ERP system is preferred.

Required Education and Experience

  • Preferred education is a Bachelor Degree in Business, Business Administration, Biology, or related field. MBA preferred for advancement.
  • 5 or more years of prior B2C and B2B sales experience required.
  • Prefer sales experience in the medical device industry. Prefer dental office or dental industry knowledge.
  • International business experience or knowledge is helpful.
